Americus-Sumter High alumna Kahria Hadley recently visited the school to speak to students about how to better prepare for the college experience.  She discussed the importance of having the right expectations, how to seek out opportunities available to students on campus, and key strategies for pursuing academic success. Hadley, a member of Delta Sigma Pi and the current vice president of the Student Government Association at Georgia Southern University, gave the group of ASHS students "a peek into the life of a college student."
